Project Description
Design and documentation of a new Coolroom and Freezer Building consisting of an approximate 16.5m x 36.5m Coolroom (4 degrees C) with an approximate 25m x 10m Freezer (-12 degrees C) and 11m clear ceiling height. Also including associated office, plant rooms and truck loading docks.
Project Role
Design Manager responsible for the building permit, construction documentation and civil works component of the project
Provided Town Planning and Architectural drafting, Structural and Civil Engineering
Engaged and managed the following sub consultants; Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulics, Fire Engineering, Geotechnical Engineer, Land, Building and Quantity Surveyors
Provided construction phase services such as site inspection and response to Builders RFIs and queries
