Project Description

Design and documentation of a new cheese plant, a rebuild of the existing burnt down whey plant and other associated minor buildings on extremely tight timelines.

Project Role

  • Principal Consultant – Project Manager
    responsible for the town planning
    documentation, building permit, construction documentation and civil works component of the project
  • Provided Architectural Drafting, Technical Material Specifications, Structural and Civil Engineering
    Engaged and managed the following sub consultants; Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulics, Fire Engineers, Building Surveyors, Landscape Architects and Environmental Engineers
  • Provided construction phase services such as site inspection, queries and response to Builders RFIs
