Design and documentation of a new 26m x 15m Coolroom (4 degrees C) with 6.0m clear ceiling height. Including associated airlock, equipment platform and truck loading docks.

- Design Manager – responsible for the building permit, construction documentation and civil works components of the project
- Provided Town Planning and Architectural Drafting, Structural and Civil Engineering
- Provided construction phase services such as site inspection and response to Builders RFIs and queries
