Project Description
Design and documentation of the Structural and Civil requirement for a new retail development at Wodonga. This comprised of a new Woolworths Supermarket building (with first floor office/ amenities) of approx. 5200m2,and separate two storey Specialty retail building strip of approx. 1550m2 and provisions for a 188 space car park of approx. 6100 m2 including access driveways and an approx.400m2 loading dock.
